Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards (including Maestro, Switch and Visa Electron) as well as JCB.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes! You can pay using your PayPal account or with your credit card through PayPal. Please note that if your PayPal account is not in credit and PayPal is drawing funds from your bank account as an e-cheque payment, your order will be delayed by around 10 days while the payment clears.
Is my online payment secure?
Payments are processed on either RBS WorldPay's secure server or through PayPal's secure server through an encrypted connection. We do not store your credit or debit card details.
Can I pay by cheque/check?
We accept payments by cheque in UK Pounds (GBP) only, by special arrangement. Please do not send cheques in any other currency such as Euro or Dollar. You may also send international drafts as long as the payment is in GBP and you pay all fees. Please contact us to arrange this.

Can I pay cash?
We strongly advise against sending cash through the post as we cannot be responsible for its safe delivery.
Do you accept Escrow/Western Union?
Currently we do not accept this form of payment.
I need a refund – how do I get one?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been sent you can return the items for a refund. Always contact us before sending anything back so that we can ensure your refund is processed quickly. If you require a refund for any other reason, please contact us and let us know.
Refunds are issued by the same means as payment, so for example if you paid using PayPal the refund will be returned to your PayPal account.
